The CEO and Founder of Nurse and Craft Inc., a Japan-based healthcare company dedicated to developing innovative solutions for elderly care and preventive health. With a background in creative industries and entrepreneurship, he has successfully bridged the gap between technology, public health, and community engagement.

His flagship service, STARTWELL, is a comprehensive health support system for older adults living independently, combining wearable device, at-home urine testing kit, and regular nurse visit. The program has been implemented in several municipalities across Japan, particularly in rural areas facing aging and depopulation challenges.

His work has been recognized both domestically and internationally. In 2024, He won the Grand Prize at the Healthy Aging Prize for Asian Innovation Awards, and he continues to lead pilot initiatives in Japan to promote digital health access and community-based care models.
